The XI: Luxury Living on the Shore of the Hudson

These two towers are being built on a full city block of prime real estate in the up-and-coming West Chelsea neighborhood. Designed by the highly praised Bjarke Ingels, these twisting structures with oversized windows and beautiful bronze accents will be vibrant pieces in this emerging skyline.

Tower X: The larger of the two towers, X will be a mixed-use, 30-storey building. The top half of the tower will be home to 87 unique residences with interiors designed by Gilles & Boissier, a renowned Parisian interior design firm. Below that will be seated the Six Senses New York hotel, a 5-star brand, rated best-in-class for hospitality, sustainability, and wellness.

Tower I: The latter half of the XI will be a 20-storey build, home to 149 unique residences with interiors designed by another acclaimed firm, Gabellini Sheppard Associates.
