Tracking COVID-19 With Technology
Live Site Headcount
myComply tells you WHO is on site, and displays this in real-time in myComply’s software dashboard.
According to New York State DOH, there must NOT be more than 1 worker per 250 square feet on the job site. myComply allows you and your team to tightly monitor the # of workers on the job site at any given time.
Reject Symptomatic and/or Infected Workers
myComply tells you WHO is on site, and if they are allowed to be there.
General Contractors use myComply to approve or reject a worker’s profile on their job site. These profiles are tied to Smart Badges, a proximity powered ID Badge used to check-in to the jobsite. If a worker’s profile is rejected, this means their badge will disallow them to check-in to the job site.
If/when a worker, or group of workers tests positive site managers will be able to reject these workers from the job site. For example, if Simon (below) started showing symptoms of COVID-19 you could reject his profile on the project.
Export Attendance Reports
In the case that you need to cooperate with local health departments to contact trace, myComply makes it easy to export daily attendance reports. Filter by exporting 1 day or a range of days to see WHO was on your job site and WHEN they were there.
Daily Health Survey Acknowledgement
ALL workers who step foot on the job site MUST go through a short daily health survey. Only by acknowledging and agreeing to these statements will the worker be allowed on the work site:
(a) I have NOT knowingly been in close or proximate contact in the past 14 days with anyone who has
tested positive for COVID-19 or who has or had symptoms of COVID-19,
(b) I have NOT tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days, or
(c) I have NOT experienced any symptoms of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.
